Allen Bradley components are used in the panel. HEAT SYSTEM -The tub weldment is wrapped with a 600 degree heat resistant insulation then covered with a 14 ga outer skin. Six 1000 watt heater elements are mounted on the base with three of the elements on all the time the heat system is on. The second set of three elements cycle on and off as programmed. This is set by the operator and controlled by timed relays in the control panel. The system also has a cool down timer to protect the cob meal from scorching. ECCENTRIC WEIGHTS -Slip on style weight segments and a moveable top master weight allow for easy adjustment. PAINT-Mill Ivory (Off White) Industrial grade enamel FLOOR SPACE -5′ x 5′ WEIGHT -Approx. 1,800 lbs. OPTIONS: Manual Gate allows for batch capabilities Dust Cover Dust Collector (must be combined with cover) On dryer applications a 6″ hole in the center of the cover is connected to the dust collector. This dust collector would be tied into the control panel and operated from the face of the panel. The dust collector is a bag design with 30 super strength dust bags, 1/2 HP motor 3 phase 400 cfm (@8″sp) and manual cleaning with shaker. Auto Grease System is tied into the panel and will supply both top and bottom bearings with a factory set amount of grease. WARRANTY CLM Vibe Tech Inc. will warranty the above equipment against defects in workmanship and materials for a period of one year.
