Our Fabri-Comp presses feature a high-speed servo-controlled CNC with rapid close at 1000 ipm and pressing speeds up to 100 ipm. The dual-ram models use glass scales and high resolution axis control to synchronize the cylinders for left-to-right off-center loading. More sophisticated models offer counterbalance corner cylinders to provide both front-to-back and left-to-right off-center loading. The control management system provides in-mold coating options, as well as temperature control systems for molds or platens. Fast-acting material handling systems allow fully automatic operation and consistent part quality.
