Model series HYDRACROP with capacities from 60 to 240 ton punch
and 4" x 4" x 1/2" to 8" x 8" x 3/4" angle. Featuring the most
versatile standard equipment package on the market today including;
Combination 3" and 4" channel blades, multiple opening round and
square bar blades, a set of punches & dies ranging from 5/16" to
1-1/16" and a special offset punch and die holder for punching the
legs of small structurals.
SINGLE CYLINDER HYDRAULIC IRONWORKERS
Models MINICROP and MICROCROP with capacities of 40 and 50 ton
punch and up to 3" x 3" x 5/16" angle. Featuring: Easy stroke
adjustment; adjustable swing away stripper; quick change punch
holder and jog switch.
CNC PLATE POSITIONING AND PUNCHING SYSTEMS
Model PAXY - For Plate and Flat Bar
Ten sizes from 60 to 240 tons with throat depths of 20" and 30".
Plate sizes from 6" x 6" to 30" x 60". Plate thicknesses from
1/8" to 1-1/2" with maximum hole size of 6". Features include:
Fagor CNC Control, punch or center punch, hydraulic clamping
from side to allow full use of the throat depth, uses standard
GEKA or 28XX tooling.
Model SEMI-PAXY - For Plate, Angle and Channel
X-Travel: 40", Optional X-Travel: Extended up to 160"
Y-Travel: 16", 20" or 25"
Speed of both X & Y Axis: 24" to 480" per minute

HYDRAULIC SINGLE-END PUNCHES
Model series PUMA with capacities from 60 to 240 ton
punch and throat depths of 20" and 30". Standard features
include: Adjustable stroke length, effective use of "shear"
on the punch, full tonnage throughout the stroke, quick
change punch holder and stripper to handle standard GEKA
tooling, full structural die block, motors and controls.
PORTABLE PUNCHES
Model PP-50 with 55 ton punch, a maximum capacity of
1-1/16" hole in 1/2" material, 5" throat depth, and
30 to 60 strokes per minute.
Our exclusive "Productivity Package" consists of a 39" electric length gauge, a punch gauging table, a notcher gauging table and a magnetic base work light. Other accessories include: Triple punch attachment, press brake attachment, pipe notcher, indexing rail, triangular notcher, oversize punching attachment.
