Cast iron heads and vises are designed to absorb vibrations and ensure accuracy and rigidity. From user-friendly operator controls, to easily accessible electrical panels and cabinets, the DM series is solidly built to give maximum productivity.

General Features
Vise: Heavy-duty cast iron and easy sliding vise allows for 60 degree mitre left and up to 45 degree right.
Control Panel: Conveniently located control panel within safe operator reach, with easily recognized pictograms.
Guides: Carbide guides provide consistent accuracy, less vibration and extended blade life.
Blade Wheels: Heavy-duty cast iron wheels provide consistent blade performance and extended blade life.
Blade Tension Meter: Allows the operator to easily view the blade tension setting. The tension meter also serves as a blade breakage switch that shuts down the machine when tension drops below 30 bars. The head is designed to eliminate twist and torsion thereby ensuring long blade life and eliminating vibration.
Safety Features: All DM Machines have limit switches that disable the machine when doors are open. Wrap around protection guard protects operator from incidental contact.
